RELATIONAL INTELLIGENCE TRAINING

What people feel in your
presence is the outcome.

Trauma-informed relational training for businesses - medical practices, law firms, mediation services, mental health organizations, corporate teams and more. Grounded in neuroscience. Built for the real world. Tailored to your needs. Delivered by a clinician with over 25 years experience in the field.

“The relational environment is not separate from clinical or professional outcomes — it is the medium through which all outcomes are delivered.”

Curriculum

THE CURRICULUM

A framework that builds from the inside out.

Every module builds on the one before it. We start with the science of why safety matters, move into the internal work of bias and judgment, and then equip participants with practical, field-tested relational skills. The last step is a module designed specifically for you and your field. The hope: Stay curious. Stay human. Stay connected.

01

Foundation Science

Participants learn why safety is a biological need, how the nervous system responds to threat and connection, and how every professional is already functioning as a co-regulator whether they know it or not.

02

Bias, Judgment & Unconditional Positive Regard

This is the most important - and most uncomfortable - part of the training. We examine the unconscious assumptions that shape who receives our patience, our care, and our best work, and we build the internal practice of catching judgment before it ever reaches the people we serve.

03

Applied Relational Skills

Participants leave with a concrete toolkit — language, body awareness, de-escalation techniques, and environmental strategies — that can be used immediately in real interactions with clients, patients, and colleagues.

04

Audience-Specific Track

Every organization closes with a module built around their world. The dynamics of a medical practice are not the dynamics of a law firm. This track is where the universal principles meet the specific pressures, populations, and relational challenges of your team.

Ready to build a team that people feel safe with?

Every organization is different. Reach out and we'll talk through what your team needs, what format makes sense, and how to make this training genuinely useful for your organization.
