My work is in trauma and relationships. Most of us have trauma, and oftentimes that trauma is relational. I strive to provide a safe and secure environment where my clients can feel regulated and connected in order to do the healing work they need. I use Internal Family Systems, Polyvagal, and Somatic Experiencing techniques to teach my clients about their minds, brains, and bodies to lead them to a healthier, healing state.

Being able to supervise, teach, and lead new therapists is a privilege I enjoy very much. I take the responsibility of not only guiding supervisees in the licensure process but also in the development of their skills and defining of who they want to be as a therapist. I also hope to guide them to the appropriate trainings and then send them off to be the best version of their therapeutic selves so they can serve the most people and help make the
world a better place.

I often get requests for consultation from a variety of professionals, including other therapists, supervisors, C-suite individuals, and business owners. During these meetings, I help other practitioners and leaders gain insight into their work, their work culture, or even themselves from a broader perspective while giving practical direction on how to implement changes.
